Who we are

What we collect
If you sign up for text messages from a store, we collect your mobile phone number, the date and time you signed up, and which store you signed up with. We also record the exact wording of the consent you agreed to.
That is all we need. We do not ask for your name, your email address, or your location.
How we use it
We use your phone number for one purpose only: to send you the weekly specials from the store you signed up with. We do not use it for anything else.
Text messages and your consent
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with anyone for their own marketing. Your mobile opt-in and consent information is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Each store can only message the people who signed up at that store. One store can never see or message another store's subscribers.
Who we share it with
We share your phone number with our messaging provider for the sole purpose of delivering your messages. They are not permitted to use it for anything else.
We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
How to stop the messages
Reply STOP to any message and we will stop immediately. Reply HELP at any time for assistance. You can also email hello@tap-hub.app and ask us to remove your number.
How long we keep it
We keep your number until you unsubscribe. After you opt out, we keep a record that you did so, in order to make sure we never message you again. You may ask us to delete this record entirely.
California residents
If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request that we delete it, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information. Email hello@tap-hub.app to make a request.
Children
Tap Hub is not intended for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
